When would I know how many people are attending the event?

The number of bookings is available to view from the moment your event is published in the app - shown as "X Amies". The number is shown 72 hours before the event and it’s automatically updated if the additional bookings are received after confirmation of event

With latest update, you are able to:

• View the list of registrations for your upcoming events directly in the platform (visible starting 72h before the event)

• View attendance lists for past events

• Mark which guests actually attended the event

The attendance marking feature is especially important, as it will help us better track member engagement and reward users who consistently show up and participate in events.

Please note:

• Attendance can only be updated within 48 hours after the event

• After that window closes, edits will no longer be possible
