What happens if I don’t carry out the event without prior notice?

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, if you fail to attend or carry out the event without providing prior notice—whether due to forgetting or changing plans without informing us—it negatively impacts our members’ experience. In such cases, we will charge a 25% compensation fee to cover the inconvenience caused to the members who booked the event.

If this happens more than once, we reserve the right to terminate the partnership to maintain the quality and reliability of our events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring smooth and successful events.
