What if people are late?

Members are always encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes before the event. However, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. For this reason, depending on the activity, we may allow a delay of up to 15 minutes before the cut-off time - typically aligned with the end of the introduction circle.
