How do I know when to start the workshop?

Events should begin once the majority of confirmed guests have arrived, but no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Every event should start with an Introduction Circle, which you can begin once members have settled into the space. This circle allows latecomers to catch up without missing the main activity, while also giving members a chance to get to know each other.
