Do I need to do anything on the portal before the event?

Yes. Before each event, make sure to log in to the portal and accept the event in the "Starting Soon" section (events happening within the next 72 hours). This confirms that you are prepared and everything is set on your end. It helps us ensure smooth coordination and a great experience for members. Additionally, review all event details such as time, location, and any notes to make sure everything is accurate. If you spot any issues, contact us immediately.
Please note that the number of registrations might increase after you accept event if there are some last minute bookings - you can always check the number of registration on the portal
